Amy Elizabeth Martin

Amy Elizabeth Martin, age 21, passed away as a result of an automobile accident on Monday, July 21, 2003.

Amy was born in Wichita, Kansas January 4, 1982, but made her home in Northwest Florida for the past 10 years. She was the first class president of the first graduating class of Navarre High School in 2000. She was also a student at Okaloosa-Walton Community College. She was always known to her friends for her laughter and her radiant smile.

She is survived by her parents Gene and Lorrie Martin, Elizabeth and Mike Schaffel; a brother, Chris Martin ; sisters, Jennifer Martin and Kathi Miller; her 3 year old daughter, Grace "Gracie"; her son Jarrod , her beloved grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins; mentor and friend, Julia Stapelton. She also left behind a second family- staff and friends at the Fort Walton Ruby Tuesdays restaurant, where she worked for over two years.

She will be remembered for her laughter and her ever- ready smile.

Services were held at 12:00 Noon, Friday July 25, 2003 at Navarre Chapel. Pallbearers were Chris Crawford, P.J. Bottoms, Brad Groat, Greg Freeman, Mike Salley, and Maurice Moulton.

Arrangements handled by Lewis Funeral Home in Navarre.
Interment is at the Roselawn Cemetery in Gulf Breeze.
